A scalable digital platform built to match the ambition of its audience

The e-commerce coaching space is crowded. But Good Guys E-com came to us with a clear edge: a no nonsense brand that blends real world experience, deep strategy, and a thriving community of Dutch speaking entrepreneurs hungry to scale, automate, and exit. This wasn’t about creating just another landing page or funnel. It was about building the digital foundation for an education first brand with serious systems behind it.

From the start, it was clear who the target audience was: young, ambitious men looking to escape the 9 to 5, build real freedom, and create a brand they could eventually sell. We needed to design a digital presence that matched their energy, eliminated friction, and built immediate trust without ever feeling like a typical “guru” brand.

We developed a clean, masculine visual identity rooted in clarity and confidence. The palette mixes deep blues, muted neutrals, and bold accent colors to suggest momentum and maturity. Typography is strong but clean, balancing authority with accessibility. Every page was structured to drive action while still giving space to explain the methodology and value behind the offer.

The platform itself was designed to convert at scale. Starting from a high impact homepage, the site guides visitors through different offer levels (course, group coaching, or one on one mentorship) using tight messaging and clear CTAs. A branded Typeform with embedded qualification logic leads users through the funnel, synced with an Airtable based CRM system that tracks every lead and assigns them to the appropriate setter or closer. Call booking flows were fully integrated with personal WhatsApp reminders to maximize show up rates.

Beyond the frontend, the project required serious system design. We developed a fully custom Airtable backend for lead intake, team assignment, sales tracking, commission visibility, EOD reporting, and automated performance dashboards. Stripe was integrated for payments, along with Circle for the community platform, complete with branded channels, coaching dashboards, and course access automation. The entire funnel, from landing on the site to entering the coaching environment, was designed to be seamless, branded, and fully automated.

To keep the client independent and scalable, we created Loom walkthroughs for every core system and provided hands on guidance for onboarding new team members. We also built in automated upsell triggers, gamified content unlocks, celebration emails, and long term access flows, ensuring the ecosystem grows with the user.

What started as a rough brand concept became a fully operational education platform, complete with backend intelligence, frontend polish, and the systems required to scale revenue without increasing chaos.
